B1 Coaching provides a range of coaching sessions, which are delivered in a group setting, one-to one or in a business setting direct to organisations.
The benefits of the group setting is that everyone has the opportunity to exchange ideas, and grow together, where-as the one to one setting enables the recipient to receive direct coaching on issues that they may need specific help on.
All sessions are interactive, spontaneous, and direct, and are designed to ensure that you get the most out of it. A pre-assessment is done before the one to one sessions (which can be delivered by phone or face to face) to ascertain your requirements.
After the assessment, we list your objectives in order of priority, and help you to achieve your goals through a realistic strategy. Below is in depth look at some of the workshops that we provide.
Tailor-made according to the company’s requirements. Onyi will do a SWOT analysis to identify what skills the business is lacking, and he will put together a comprehensive workshop to train staff in personal development areas.

One to One Coaching
Designed to meet the needs of specific individuals. The sessions are up-beat, energetic, and totally driven by the recipient, ensuring that they meet their full potential.
Youth Impact Coaching: Can you see your vision of excellence? ™
A coaching workshop designed for young adults. The workshop is delivered in school’s and college’s with B1 Coaching working in tandem with the education provider to ensure that the content challenges, stimulates and inspires all attendees. Onyi also uses his previous life living the ‘street life’ to challenge young adults that being born in a negative environment doesn’t mean a life of failure but rather their mess can be used as a message which can in turn bless their community and generation.
An added benefit is that it teaches students how to navigate through some of the challenges that they may face in adult life, and gives them real solutions on how to overcome this, such as the importance of body language, CV writing and punctuality in the workplace.
